The land is available at level 65 once Rocksmore Ravine has been completed.
Set out on a brand new adventure, meet up with Ben again, chase bandits and find the deer.
Follow the 9 quests which will lead you through the land.
Complete the Main Task: Inhabitants of the North: find and feed the 13 Reindeer (you need 24 Carrot Sticks to feed 1 Reindeer!! Start growing Carrots!)
Reward: 1 Gift Box found in home storage/other tab.
