Vizor Interactive, the game developers, have released their own game portal!
The first game to be released on this new portal is Klondike!!
Klondike-online is Vizor's own platform, it's not linked to any social network. This is a new development from Vizor and one that many players will welcome.

To transfer your Facebook game to Vizor-online portal please contact support. You can use the link under your Facebook game screen or use this link and click the little CHAT icon in the bottom right corner.
Tell them you want to transfer your game and give them your Facebook player ID number.
1. Open this link >>> click here
2. Find Klondike in your apps list and click "View and edit".
3. Scroll down until you find your ID. Copy and paste it in your message to us.
4. Make a screenshot where we can see your game ID on the Apps tab. Please see image below for reference >>>

Vizor App for your desktop. You can now download an app that will run your game in it's own window, you no longer need a browser to play the game. This should help players who have trouble with game lag due to browser overheads!!
Download the app when prompted.
Do this after you have followed the guides below and transferred your game.
You will find a new Icon on your Desktop and on your Taskbar. Just click this to open Klondike!
Look in the top right corner.. click the name or number
Click My Account, this will take you to settings.
Click the blank picture to add your own avatar.
Click to edit your name, you can use any name for the game.
You can change email and reset passwords here too, set your currency and country if they are incorrect.
Copy your new ID here by clicking the copy icon at the end of your ID number.

Make sure to check the NEWS daily, here you will find all game news normally found on the Fan Page PLUS free gift links just for Klondike-online!
You can of course keep reading the Fan Page but links there will not work on Klondike-online.
When you first transfer, yes, they will be the same BUT they will not synchronise. Actions done in the Facebook game will not reflet in Vizor's game.
Actions done in Vizor will not reflect in Facebook. TIP: play both games for a day or two to get the hang of things.

Yes, if you want to, but we think you'll grow to love the Vizor portal.
It is impossible to transfer your neighbour over. But adding neighbours here is super easy. Anyone playing on the site is available for you to add unless they have checked "Don't offer me as a neighbour"
You will have a new ID number too ! You can share this with your existing Facebook friends, and your Partner.
Your neighbours will not transfer with your game, so you will lose your partner too, but, do not despair! Ask them to transfer their game then you can add them again in Klondike-Online.

Don't worry, the game is not going away from Facebook, the portal is just another way for players to access the world of Klondike.
Don't worry, adding is easy, you'll have some in no time, but for now you can hire game workers for coins, just click your housing building.

The portal is not a social media site so you can't have groups there, your existing Facebook group/s still have a very important role to play. The games are identical, about the only thing that may change is you'll have two different 'Add Me' posts, one for the new portal and one for Facebook.
Everything else in your group will be 100% relevant to both games 🙂
Yes, if you really want to. You should think about this first and make sure you don't want your Fb account. BUT you must make a new account with Klondike-online first. You may have already done this. If you are still using your Facebook account to log into Klondike-online you won't be able to do this if you delete your Facebook account.
No you don't have to, but you should! This is why. If you are ever locked out of your Facebook for any reason you will not be able to log into the portal your Facebook account. We strongly recommend making your own account on the portal.
Your emeralds will come over with your game transfer, nothing will be lost. Your game will be identical.
A portal is a website or web page providing access or links to other content, it's a doorway to more content. Eventually other web based games will be added here.
A platform is the design and build behind the portal, it governs how it will work.
For our purposes we can use platform/portal/site interchangeably. You'll hear it referred to also as Klondike site or Vizor site.
You can transfer you game at any time, there is no deadline.
